Opera Cake

- Jaconde soaked in coffee syrup, layered with dark chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream




I instantly love the looks of this cake! Look at the top view, it looks like a drip painting sprinkled with gold dust! This is the best looking cake I've seen so far. The many layers is also a wonder to look at and appreciate. The raspberry gave a nice contrast to the cake. You can taste the coffee and cream in this one.
